Our Story: A Rising Star
It all started when Roland Ammoury, an outstanding basketball performer, who bravely paved his way to a successful career in sports, unfortunately dribbled his last ball and shot for his last breath in 2007 sacrificing his life to save his friends from a major car accident.
Even when the odds seemed too terrible to overcome, we, his family, believed in hope and light. We believed that Ammoury’s hard work, enthusiasm and love of life are to be cherished forever.
In 2010, out of grief and pain, we ignited his flame and decided to pass it on to other kids to give them the right to play sports, to equip and empower them to make the best of themselves and to pave their own way to success.
Today, with the support of our communities, we can be the difference for young athletes.
Together we can achieve more and write the next chapter of Ammoury’s story.
